Christmas At Costa!

Hiya everyone!

I have just tried the new gingerbread latte at Costa (with soya milk) and I found out that it is sugar free!

Not sure on the carbs but it hasn’t spiked my bloods which is a great sign!

Be careful if you order it though as it comes with cookie crumbs and a gingerbread man!!

P.s it’s hella yummy!

Is that because the syrup is sugar free or due to the soya milk not makibg it spike?

The medium with skimmed milk is 17.8g carb - same with soya milk is just over 13g carb
