    Ah ok just skimmed through, thanks lucylocket61 its getting a bit clearer. And codefree is prob the way to go for me.

    Just got my codefree this morning 6.3 before lunch 8.8 2 hours after is this fairly ok ?

    Porridge with a banana, I dont get in from work till late so finding it helps so I'm not so hungry. Was a bit worried it would spike with it.

    wow, that's not bad, porridge sends me to double figures.

    Can you tweek that so you don't go rise more than 2 and then less than 7.8 Maybe some defrosted frozen berries instead of the nana would do it? Keep testing, you will learn so much.
