The only way to find out for sure is to try and then test with your meter. I know it wouldn't be ok for me.

It will also depend on the type of cracker you eat. I used to love anything made by Nairn but now these are off the menu. On the other hand Pick sell a cracker (name escapes me) and I am fine. Right now I am taking a look at a water biscuit ... if it works it's not as sexy as the Nairn's but it does feed my snack monster.

About 6 g carb - I eat them loaded with butter, & peanut butter or cheese. It's good to crunch occasionally

Edit - I occasionally eat ONE

Well I wasn't expecting that number 5.6 before, about 90 mins after eating as going to bed was 4.6? X

Cream wafers are an alright decision assuming that you're abstaining from excessive food intake, except if you're going extremely low carb. They are a low-sugar dull starch. 5 saltines give 175 calories, about equivalent to in 2 normal cuts of white bread. You can get the cream cracker from the Asian supermarket in the reasonable price.
