TV: don't watch TV, find most programs boring.Don't have a telly now but do watch videos now & then on a monitor.
Hi, all you do it yourself chef's out there!

Does anyone know how to make that Indian meal by the name of 'Buttered Chicken'?
I tried it once or twice in an Indian restaurant, before being diagnosed T2 & loved it but the ready made stuff has too many additives, so does anyone have a recipe please?
I'd love to try it with Cauliflower rice & a no-Carb Nan bread.
I'm getting tiered of the same food day in day out, so some new recipes sounds like just the ticket.

Cheers, Squeekyboy / Steve :hungry:

Here is a link and you could tweak the recipe to your liking and needs.

Wow @Robinredbreast thats the recipe I have used in the past and have just googled it for @Squeekyboy - there's spooky!

There are some other more complicated and authentic recipes but this is really really good and one of the easiest to do.

I have used this recipe for year, although without the chips. It looks like a lot of ingredients and a lot of faff, but it is delicious.
