Having fish and chips tonight which always messes my sugars up with mega hypos after bolus despite using dual /square wave ... then mega highs in the middle of the night.
But I really fancy it so I'm going to have it!
Carbs and Cals just told me fish is 46% fat, 33 carbs (never would have allowed that many for the batter?!) and chips 32% fat eeeek (approx 50 carbs)
Anyway, does any one have an approximate magic formula for such an unhealthy meal? How much % each way or square? How many hours?
My magic formula for pizza (100 ish carbs) is 40-60 dual wave 4 hours but doesn't work here.
