Morning! I'm new to this, just joined yesterday! So just wanted to get a feel of what people use this for!
A little about me.. I'm type 1 diabetic , have been since I was 7. Which means 17 years this year
. I have an insulin pump which I've had for about 10 years.
Had a tough start when I was 7 until maybe I was 16/17. Didn't want to be diabetic didn't dial anything properly. Spend SO much time in hospital then bang... I just thought. I'm not going to let this define me or control me. I'm going to control it, finally got my driving license at the age of 21 and life couldn't be better. I've got the odd few issues here and there due to me not sorting myself out sooner but.. I feel as well as I can and I'm loving life as well as I can
