End of week 1 - Newcastle 600 diet

    End of week one
    Weight gone down from 15st 2lbs to 14st 5lbs
    Fasting BS dropped from 15.9 to 8 (was down to 5.5,at one point)
    Blood pressure down to "High normal) was down to normal at one point
    But now taking no meds whatsoever. So pleased where I am for one week.
    Have not cheated or slipped. My average daily calorie intake has been 608 Kcal.
    My meal replacement shakes are only 100Kcal each

    400ml made with water, taste good, Vamilla flavour for breakfast, Strawberry for lunch and chocolate for dinner. Contains all nutrition, vitamins, protein for the day.

    Omg amazing. Well done.
    I did the shakes for two days and felt like eating the dog. That coupled with loose stools made me abandon them.
    I do like the simplicity of them. I'll be watching your progress as I'm on the 800 cal diet myself.

    Going well thank you!
    Started Mon 14 Aug 15st 6lbs FBG 8.2
    This morning I'm on 14st 13 1/2 with a FBG of 5.8
