You could be suffering from the shock of reducing carb in the diet and have not yet switched to ketosis - though it might be dehydration and loss of electrolytes, which can be a problem in the early stages as the diet is diuretic.
Eating another serving of salad, drinking a couple of cups of water and adding a little salt to whatever you fancy - a few multivitamin and mineral tablets too and hopefully something in that lot should help.
