I had a blood test but diabetes runs in the family , my grandma, mum and auntie all have type 2 like me. Im 26 and ill admit its shocked me im struggling myself and I hate taking Metformin

Frustrating at times but i just get on with it. I'll admit it is difficult to control carbs.
