Well at least it explains why I feel so much better when I low carb which for me is no grains. It also may explain why my arthritis is so much better when I don't eat grains. I hope everyone has a great christmas.
Hey @chalup
it must feel so much better to know what was causing you sh*t
I know it is another oar in the rowing team for you but at least you can go forward knowing what you need to do
all the best
merry Christmas !!

Hi @chalup. There aren't many upsides to this but one is that knowledge is power. As you say, you have an explanation for why you sometimes feel rubbish and can do something about it.
Maybe not much consolation but knowing for sure and being able to do something about it hopefully gives you a sense of control that you didn't have before?
Hope you have a wonderful gluten-free Christmas {{{{hugs}}}}
@chalup welcome to the club, having coeliac disease isn't that bad just a complete and utter pain in the article having to read all the ingredients on each and every product you buy. Hope you soon feel a lot better in yourself.
As the others have said, at least you now know and are in a great position to do something about it - and most of the way there with being grain free. I'm sorry you got this news at Christmas, but hope it hasn't spoilt things for you. Wishing you all the best.
