Is anybody using the LibreLink app to scan directly into the mySugr app?

I have an iPhone so can't use LibreLink (I've always had an android until a couple of months ago - bloomin typical!) but am thinking of getting a basic android to use instead of the Libre scanner so I can use the apps. I'm wondering how much data it is likely to use so I can work out whether to get a contract with a data bundle or pay-as-you-go?

I've not used LibreLink, but all it will be uploading is small amounts of text - no fancy pictures or videos. I use xDrip+ to send Dexcom data to NightScout and it only uses a few MB of data per month and automatically sends data every 5 minutes. (The last 17 days have used 2.33MB)

If you're going to get a separate phone, then have a look at Three as the top ups don't expire after 30 days.
