Glucose testing on your iphone

This was a product I saw a few weeks ago at a trade show. It plugs into your iphone ect and does the test, then after you can email the details and it will also store the reading.what do you think?

What a great idea, also looks like it plugs into the headphone socket so that must be an interesting interface for technophobes.

Not much use if they dont have any suppliers or anywhere where you can buy test strips. And no mention of costs for the meter or the consumables either. :thumbdown:

On the positive side it does look nice and compact :thumbup:


I see its also available for the Android platform which is essential for commercial success IMHO as it is by far the largest mobile/tablet platform in the market place :thumbup:

I found out the price the device is £39.99 inc vat and 50 testing strips are £24.99
