Thought I should do the right thing and let my insurance company know that I had been diagnosed with T2 even though it is controlled by diet only. Great but apparently they are receiving a high volume of calls and rather than keep me waiting they are not accepting any new calls at this time, sincere apologies blah blah blah ....... dead line!!! I wouldn't mind but this has been at least three different times today and they don't even give an email option.

Hastings Direct, avoid if you are looking for any kind of customer service! :thumbdown:

Wow,
On a price comparison for mine last week they came in the cheapest, but i opted to stick with LV for a fiver more.
Glad i did the right thing now thankyou.
