Hi guys,

I have recently started a youtube channel documenting how I manage T1 diabetes in relation to building a strong healthy physique aswell as managing a normal life. I will cover all sorts of videos including my insulin use, nutrition for fat loss/muscle gain and I hope to get some experts and diabetic athletes on the channel for interviews and to answer questions.

Would be great if you guys could show some support and let me know what you think, channel is still in its infancy at the moment!

Hey @sugarfreefitness, I actually HAVE started a Youtube channel as well lol I don't post as frequently as you have been doing but ya know, sometimes you get busy haha

Mine is very much in its infancy as well. I have some videos posted, and many planned for this summer about how I manage my sugars while being active, and while at work. I have some ideas for some more subtle videos about my life that don't necessarily focus on T1D but show how normal we can be lol

I'll give your videos a watch when i get home from work tonight!
