Hi everybody,
Here in France there is not a lot of info about the Newcastle diet and protocol. It's seems that the doctors prefer to continue to work with the usual drugs...
I have some questions to solve before to begin my diet :
1 - can we use multivitamin tabs with this diet ?
2 - about the vegetables, is : "up to" 250g/day or "at least" 250g/day ? I mean, can I eat vegetables without limit ?
3 - if i fry or stir fry my vegetables, can I use a small amount (i.e. a tea spoon) of olive oil ? Or all kind of greace is fully forbidden ?
4 - Also, I read on the "Sample vegetable recipes" download on the ncl website that I can not use "milk, even full skimmed milk". But the Professor Taylor himself writes that "the product (liquid supplement) need to be made up with water or skimmed milk". What do I have to understand ? No more milk during the diet than this one already on the product ?
Many thanks for your replies, help and ideas.
Have a great day !
Jean-Luc
