Yep deffo going to have a look at what I eat for breakfast thankyou.Doesn't look too bad. You may want to reduce carbs at breakfast as people tend to get a higher spike at breakfast compared to later in the day for the same amount of carbs. Maybe bacon and eggs for breakfast?
