How high? What insulin regime? All meals or just some? How long after meals?

Are you after advice on how to manage post prandial highs?

If so, you might get more useful input if you can provide a bit more information:
  • When you say high blood sugar what kind of numbers are you seeing?
  • When do you test? Is it 2 hours after eating? 90 minutes?
  • What does your blood sugar look like before you eat? What kind of numbers do you see pre-meal?
  • What insulin are you taking?
  • Do you carb count? What's your insulin to carb ratio?
  • Are there particular foods or meals that you notice send you high?
  • Do you pre bolus?
