Go for it. I go for a walk in the woods so I have plenty of space to walk. I tried a hoola hoop once but it ended up round my neck or on the floor. Guess my shape.
If you didn't do it before then do it now. It's got to improve something.
The health reason is why we bought it in the first place - I think I will buy just a normal hoola hoop and try with that (the weighted one has been put back in its box as I am just so rubbish with it)
I have bought a weighted Hula hoop just been using it in the garden done about 350 rounds with it I am using it everyday so far lost inches already and can feel its getting loose so will have to take another notch out I am also getting a bike aswell cannot wait.
