ive been experiencing daily hypos
that have been hard to resolve
i have cut back on the rapid insulin use
and have began to reduce my lantus
units
i havent seen results yet
should i reduce lantus at a higher
reduction?
i only reduced it by 1 unit in the morning so far
but have significantly reduced the rapid insulin
the hypos mainly occur later in the day
which is why i chose to reduce the morning
dose of lantus rather than the evening dose
im also wondering if the treatment of the hypos
is just causing it to go up then down again
as it doesnt seem to stay up for long
maybe for 1/2 an hour
i can only treat the hypos with sugar cubes
are they making the hypos worse?
