So in dec when i was first diagnosed with T2 my reading was 71 then a few weeks later it was 69. 3 months on and i went today for my latest results and it was ..........46!!!!! I have been really really careful with my food and exercising loads with 2 500mg of metformin a day but 46 surprised me so much. My cholesterol has also gone down from 7.6 to 5.3. Over the moon with all of it. The hard dieting has paid off!!
