For the two day I’ve been low before bed but I’ve had a snake an hour before. Dose anyone else get like this it’s annoying specially when I’m having a stressful week. I’m not sure what to do to stop then

Have you done anything different over the last 2 days if not see how it goes over the next couple of days. If it still going low maybe take 2 units less at tea time and see how that goes or phone the DNS for advice. All so look for any trends in your bs and what you have eaten. It is better if it only goes low before bed than going low at different times of the day.
