I am so happy I felt the need to tell everyone ,There was an article last week by a university who conducted test on Pasta eaters to cut it short it seems if you boil up dried pasta or dried spaghetti leave it to go cold then when tea time comes around re boil up the pasta again this so it claims alters the structure of the pasta and destroys the carb in it I felt I had to try as I was a big pasta lover I checked my blood sugar before hand it was 6.6 I boiled up my pasta al dente in the morning at tea time I re boiled it in a pan of hot water and to my surprise 2 hours after my pasta my blood sugar was 7.9 and that was after eating 80 grams of dried spaghetti I am so happy it means I can have my pasta again
