Linseed is helpful in controling glucose.

Hi I eat a tablespoon every day on my yoghurt and my levels are fine, and keeps you regular!!

Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
I don't know what it does for BG but it's really good for constipation, which can be a major issue for some people. It tastes nice too!
