Hi there

I've have been on glucophage slow release 1000mg twice daily since October but the last to month I've been suffering with nausea on a daily basis, today I decided to not take my glucophage and didn't have any sickness feeling, has anyone else started feeling sick with this medication a few months down the line??

this is too difficult

I have been on sr metformin for about a year. my pharmacy vary the brand that I get often. The last repeat prescription I picked up was glucophage. After a week of feeling waves of nausea I realised it might be the glucophage. I stopped taking it and felt better. The doctor now puts a note for the pharmacy to not give me glucophage. Have to pick up a perscription tomorrow so will see what brand I get then.
