fasting bloods = 5.5
shakes x 3 = 348 cals and 24.9 carbs
tea x 4 = 20 cals
100 grms toms = 25 cals and 3.6 carbs
320 grms pepper stir fry = 150 cals and 12.4 carbs
250 grms alpro = 130 cals and 7.2 carbs

so that's 673 calories and 48.1 grams of carbs
so out of a possible 5600 calories I had 4542 a spare 1158

weight = 12.1 so that's a 4 lb loss 1 stone 1 lb loss for the 3 weeks
fasting bloods = 5.8
3 x shakes = 348 cals and 24.9 carbs
tea x 2 = 10 cals
1 pepper = 60 cals and 14 carbs
1 onion = 44 cals and 10 carbs
200 grms mushrooms = 44 cals and 6.6 carbs
stock cube = 30 cals and 3 carbs
250 grms alpro and 50 grms raspberries = 130 cals and 7.2 carbs
so that's 666 cals and 66 carbs.

Just bought a soup maker soup made in 21 mins.

spring onion 50 grms = 16 cals and 3.5 carbs
tin of tomatoes = 72 cals and 11.6 carbs
stock cube = 30 cals and 3 carbs
250 grms of alpro and 50 grms raspberries = 130 cals and 7.2 carbs
so that's 650 calories and 56.8 grams of carbs

225grms mix veg 98 cals and 11.6 carbs
100 grms brussels = 25 cals and 2 carbs
spring onion
10 cals and 2 carbs
2 x peppers = 120 cals and 28 carbs
stock cube 30 cals and 3 carbs
250 grams alpro = 130 cals and 7.2 carbs
so that's 900 calories and 86 grams of carbs

mushrooms = 150 grms =33 cals and 4.8 carbs

stock cube = 30 cals and 3 carbs
250 grms alpro = 130 cals and 7.2 carbs
so that's 653 calories and 62.5 grams of carbs

Iv'e decided to stop putting in what i'm eating as i'm just repeating, so i'm going to just put in the basics.

carbs = 70

so that's 5200 calories out of a possible 5600 a spare 400.

Hi Pipp,for personal reasons Iv'e had to give up with the diet for now, i'm still going to low carb and I hope to get back onto it after xmas, last week was a 2lb loss so that made it 1 stone 3 lbs for the 4 weeks,

Hi Folks,

I'm just about to start the Newcastle diet again, I did it about 3 1/2 years ago, but I let things slip and landed back where I started, It's been a bad 6 months, eating like a non diabetic, so much ****, So here goes again, starting Monday 14th November back on to the asda shakes breakfast and lunch then a veggie meal at supper time. Anyone else doing this diet just now?
Hi Murph I remember you doing this last time around as I was doing it too then, Like you, I let things slip, I've gained 24lbs back and my bs has gone through the roof. Wondered if you were still doing this now? Or how you got on?
