Can anyone tell me how far from the PDM you can go before it stops working,I've just been out forgot to take the PDM with me and was about 5 miles from home Thanks

My understanding is the OmniPod will continue dosing you with basal as all the settings are are downloaded into the pod itself during the priming process. Not being without the PDM becomes a problem if you want any bolus.

You don't need to be anywhere near the pdm for basal to work. But without the pdm you won't be able to bolus.
