I don't think so. I checked my postprandial 2 hours after eating last night and it was 7.5, so your guess is as good as mine. The only thing is, I've seen my BS bouncing around all over the place since I started checking. It's been as high as 11. something and as low as 3.6 and anywhere in between despite eating a lowish carb diet. Any suggestions?

I think I'll do that after I've had my HbA1c results, then it'll be more meaningful I think than worrying about it now. Thanks for the suggestion though.

So how's this for weird. 6.1 on waking, had shower and went downstairs, tested 7.5. Went back upstairs and got dressed, tested again 5.1 !

My A1C was 40 too. This equates to an average of 6.6 over the day, lots of ups and downs!

3.9 at 7.30am, rising to 5.3 within an hour despite not eating. Am 36 hours into a 48hr fast. Usually 5.0-6.0 normally on waking on days when I ate the night before.
