Prediabetes with strong family history of T2. I've been testing, low carbing & walking after meals for a short time now. It was hard at first I was going to bed dreaming about bread, pies, pasta & muffins! but now I am starting to lose those cravings. I never EVER thought this wld happen. I thought I wld be addicted to flour & sugar for the rest of my life. Thank you to all in here who have helped me! I lost another kilo this week & aim to lose at least 3kg a month. I am not starving I feel satisfied. It is no longer a feast or a famine. It is NOT a fad diet. I feel happier too & it's the weekend yay. I feel like exercising today omg who am I? Will the real me please stand up lol
