Wrestling season is still a few months away for me but I'm trying to get ready for it by working out, I'm creating this thread to discuss this and other sports people may do

Maybe you could petition the admin to create a sub forum for workout logs. I'm also a bit interested to see what other diabetics do to keep fit.
