Well it was finished a couple of weeks ago but I've been busy since ...

Still, a mixture of plaster on plasterboard (easy) and plaster over stone (varies between very friable and impossible to drill, so choice of fixings is fun). But sometimes you think the only function of the picture is to hide the s***ing great hole you've just created in order to hang it

sounds like our house.. lime plaster on rubble mainly. I'm still waiting for my curtain rail to go back up since last year and two hooks so I can hang a curtain round the bathroom sink to hide the 96 toilet rolls.

I've been slacking also... So today I went for a 45 minute walk at lunchtime... It was a beautiful day the sun was shining but boy it was cold

Another day off as out at things all day.. I say day off but I whizzed round aldi , walked round town a bit and so on so maybe I'll call it half a day.

Today deffo is as met friends for pre Xmas catch up... May have ten minutes on bike while diner cooking as off out to see the hobbit later on if mr e gets home in time

I have been quietly plodding along, swimming when possible, walking a bit,even outdoor work with a rake and barrow. Only in small bursts, but feel fit.

As I'm usually out of the house by 6.45 and not back until 17.30 by the time I've got tea etc it's normally 19.15 before we both sit down and I usually can't be bothered to go out again so I treated myself to a cross trainer which I u byse whilst watching TV - no need to go out in the cold and I can use it when I want!!

30 minutes walk and the 11 floors of office stairs yesterday. Must get back to the rower this weekend.

Well didn't do my walk yesterday as it was raining. Was out with my sisters last night so did do a 20 minute stagger to the taxi rank intend lol
