Sugar free sweets ?

A friend in the US sent me some sugar free chocolate coated coffee beans, I checked out the website and there seems to be heaps of healthier sweets on it. I'm newly diagnosed so was hoping to get some feedback on some of the products on it.

Holland & Barrett also sell sugar free sweets - I like the sherbet lemons, however you need to be very careful as they can have a very laxative effect if you eat too many

Ricola sugar free sweets use stevia based sweetners and contain very few carbs. Got some lush flavours too,like lemon mint or liquorice. The only issue is that they are a bit on the expensive side.

You can have some desserts which are made sugar free, you can have them from Wholesale Restaurant Desserts.

True - I can only have 2 of any sugar free sweets .
Neighbours daughter nearly had a whole bag full once and was ill
all weekend with wind and the runs .

Best to enjoy these with some caution
