    No kitchen at the moment so will be using a microwave to heat up food that I
    have previously cooked. I do also have a toaster and a one ring camping stove
    for eggs, bacon, etc.

    L = Miso Soup
    D= Low carb tuna melts and cabbage fried with Chilli (delicious)

    I also had a couple of glasses of Jack Daniels and diet Pepsi.

    5.8 7am and I ate loads last night. Fell off the low carb wagon. Ate packet of crisps and a bag of nuts and a slice of fruit cake with butter on it. Sausage and mash for tea before that and a white flour beef wrap for lunch and 2 brown toast for breakfast. Complete mess of my food intake and 5.9 in the morning. Amazing

    I find that I can get away without much exercise for a few days, but it will catch up after a few days and BG starts edging up a bit.
