    Just realised how high the carbs were yesterday !!!!!

    6.7 after a lot of rum and diet coke and 2 pints lager last night as well as a lentil Dahl and rice 6pm and chicken done wrap at 2am. That's not a bad result considering. Oh and I dropped off my metformin last night
