Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: haddock, mozzarella and spring onion fishcakes with salad leaves, Eccles cake
Dinner: home made chicken soup, smoked salmon, salad, brie, camembert, cheddar, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, orange, clotted cream, double cream, full fat Greek yoghurt.
I blame the Eccles cake. One of my occasional departures from a low carb lifestyle.

More likely suspects are the grapes, eaten much later - or a plain old liver dump!

Hi Lilli
I don't usually take a walk straight after meals. Breakfast is before 630 for me and I usually start a walk about 9. Fortunately my work is freelance and mostly from home so I can pretty much go when suits me. I know that for some people it can bring BG down a little but or me it is part of my weight loss programme and it also increases metabolic rate too so effects are felt whether I actually walk or not (i.e. time spent exercising each week/month far more important than any particular day) so no need to stress about a day missed.
I like to include my food to help give people ideas (I hope) about what food is possible whilst still eating low (but not extremely low) carb.
