Away at the moment so figures quoted are best estimate rather than weighed (however, 3 months of weighing everything means that I can make a pretty good guess I hope). Also, eating what I am given and cooked by other people so maybe higher carb than usual.

7.8 this morning and quickly went to 8.5 between testing and finishing my shower. So frustrated because this has happened for the last few days and I have been really good.

Yesterday I had nothing until 6.30 which was 3 chicken thighs with skin on and a salad with lettuce, cucumber, celery, a slice of green pepper, mayo and a dash of hot sauce. I have had this many times and had no problems but the last 2 days I cannot get the levels down. Soooo frustrating!
