In rush yesterday morning so grabbed a sausage roll from local shop for breakfast. Lunch = bag of pork scratchings. Dinner I made cottage pie topped with cheesy cauliflower mash. 5.4 this morning. Slightly worried as it is going up slowly from my usual 4.3 - 4.4
