    Morning All

Nasty 9.3 for me today. Starting to think this particular experiment has gone on long enough...

6.2 at 5:00 am, I have been having a lot of high fives and low sixes first up in the morning just of late.

The DE said not to worry about as there is nothing wrong with them.

It is probably the dawn phenomenon where ones liver transforms protein into blood glucose , the dawn phenomenon happens early in the mornings and in some People also other periods of the day, type 2 diabetics are usually having a much more active liver spitting out stored blood glucose and transforming proteins into blood glucose ; What helps lowering ones morning numbers is to eat less carbs the day before and to eat only the amount of proteins that ones body needs ; like under 150 grams of carbs and only around 1 gram of protein for every kg bodyweight for most People that is around 80-100 grams
