Little glitch yesterday evening meal with family small slice gateau scoop ice cream,
9.30 pm that evening BG was 5.4 shocked has I also tried 1 half roast potatoe,I don't usually eat carbs.

This morning BG at 6.50 am 6.9
After 1hour walk with dogs it had dropped to 5.8 K

Everyone has one of those - just can't be helped (whether we deserve it or not!):***:. Mine was a 10.5 despite having low carbs the night before - turns out I was incubating a cold at the time! (So I put my high sugars to use and walked some off)
