5.7 today (and that's with about 4½ hours sleep). This was following 2 days at 5.4. Must get back to exercise this week now the cold has been kicked into touch.

    5.8 at 5:15 am.

I have been under 6.00 first up in the morning for more than a week now. Got to work on that after breakfast reading as that still gets up to the 8's some days.

About 90 minutes later, around the 6:30 to 7:00 mark when my partner gets out of bed.

I know what the cause is tho', I will have to stop eating my two slices of bread at breakfast. :meh:
