10.4 today unfortunately.

I've not posted in this thread for a couple of weeks because I was embarassed by being in the 9s. My carbs have slipped from 120 to nearer 200.

However I just realised the support here will help me get back on track, as avoiding the board through shame doesn't help

We all have those times, nothing to be embarrassed about. Getting back on track isn't always easy but I know personally I feel so much better when I'm following low carbs and my FBG is lower. Best of luck!

Last day of the school year yesterday - I did indulge in a couple of slithers of cake Have a huge box of full of bars and boxes of chocolates I got as presents - so will organise a raffle at church for one of our charities
