6.5 about 1.5 hour after waking, so I probably woke at 5.5.

7.7 for me but I have been awake every bit of the night, got some quiet laundry done whilst having copious cups of tea. I reckon it will be high for the next couple of days or until I'm sleeping better (or sleeping at all).

I sympathize! I get insomnia often and it messes everything up.
