Worried Mum!

Please help, another tearful evening freezing over my som's health. He has been to a music festival this weekend, drank a lot, ate little, tested even less and missed levimir dose at least once..has come home unwell with glucose levels at 22..another argument about not looking after himself properly..he leaves home for university in 4 weeks time to Newcastle,( we live in herts). I am worrying myself sick...

Hi, they should have a nurse on campus... might be worth contacting her/him if your son is happy for you to do that.... could put your mind at rest.... You will probably find that his mates will nag him too... (make friends with them so they can contact you if they are worried). I'm sure he will be fine 'tho :wink:
