Diabetes news this morning indicates that NHS Direct, the online and 24/7 telephone medical information service provided by the National Health Service are looking for people to help improve the support offered to patients with diabetes .
Together with the National Diabetes Support Team, NHS Direct are reviewing services for people with diabetes . The team are looking for people with diabetes who could attend an event in London on Friday 13th February.
This event will focus on developing and exploring ideas and proposals to make diabetes care through NHS Direct as supportive and helpful as possible. To book a place at the event, simply register online at the NHS website.
