Question Corner

"Does anyone still inject in their bottom?"

It is perfectly fine to inject into your buttocks. This is because they contain a layer of fat (known as subcutaneous tissue) which helps to improve insulin absorption. It is important to rotate your injection sites - between the belly, upper arms, thighs and buttocks - and avoid injecting into the same area too often. This will help to avoid bruising and preventing skin becoming lumpy.
