Banana Raspberry Laksa (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 4 ounces non-fat, artificially sweetened raspberry yoghurt
- ½ ripe small banana (5-inch), cut into chunks
- ¼ cup of skimmed milk
- ½ cup of ice-cubes
Recipe
Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
