Blueberry Smoothie (Serves 1)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of skimmed milk, chilled
  • 1 pack of artificial sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of blueberries

Recipe

Blend the milk, sweetener and vanilla in a blender, gradually adding the blueberries and stirring as you go until the mixture is thick and creamy.
