Blueberry Smoothie (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- ½ cup of skimmed milk, chilled
- 1 pack of artificial sweetener
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of blueberries
Recipe
Blend the milk, sweetener and vanilla in a blender, gradually adding the blueberries and stirring as you go until the mixture is thick and creamy.
