  • 13 oz ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup salsa spicy or mild
  • 1/4 cup sour cream light

  • 1/2 oz sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 c shredded lettuce shredded
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells cooked and drained
