Ingredients
To make Raspberry Ice Cream, you'll need:
  • 100g raspberries (fresh or frozen) 
  • 100ml whipping cream 
  • 100ml single cream  
  • 2 tbsp. Triple Zero sweetener 
  • 3 tbsp. agave nectar 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. 
  • Pour into a used 1litre ice cream tub and place in the freezer.  
  • Stir every 2 hours over the course of 6 hours. 
  • Then scoop out and enjoy!
