Ingredients
To make Ruby Fruit Compote, you'll need:
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can Cherries water-pack tart Red
  • 1 lb
  • 1/2 cup SugarTwin
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 drop Red food coloring
  • 1 tsp Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp Almond flavoring
  • 1 pt Strawberries fresh whole OR
  • 2 cup Strawberries frozen Without sugar

Method

  • DIRECTIONS: Drain cherries reserving liquid
  • Add water to cherry juice to make 1-1/2 Cups
  • Blend sweetener cornstarch salt and cherry juice mixture
  • Cook stirring until thickened and bubbly
  • Add lemon juice food coloring flavoring and fruits
  • Chill
  • Serves 6.
